Am I doing this right?

Using the editor portal, I followed the video example, "create a listing" with the relevant information, then "claim an existing listing" for that listing, but nothing's changed and I didn't receive a confirmation message. If I go back a second time to try and claim the listing for the magazine in question, I am prompted to create that listing again within the claim listing dialogue. Maybe I'm not passing the verification? I have my website and email duplicated there. My profile on the main site is https://www.chillsubs.com/user/bennylewis
