Prose Formatter drops newlines
Small bug—the prose formatter seems to lose additional newlines. Before: A sentence. Another sentence. After: \tA sentence. \tAnother sentence. Ideally there'd be some way to indicate a section break. Thanks.

The most common issue: "I'm trying to log in, but the password is wrong and the password reset email is not arriving" If you checked your spam folder and there's still no email, you most likely used a different method to sign up. Try pressing "Continue with Google" button and see if you can get in. In 90% of cases that's the reason:) We're working on making our session length longer so you don't have to log in that often, and also want to find a way to connect multiple methods in one, so you could still be able to log in with email and password even if you signed up through Google. Until then, thanks for being patient with us😀

Getting started
First day and see no obvious way to get started on submitting a piece. Already written and saved on my laptop, but not uploaded onto ChillSubs yet. Can you set up a START A NEW POST or START A SUBMISSION or START HERE or something similar? Thanks.

Suggestion
For the Rattle, submissions like Poets Respond and the Ekphrastic challenge are quick and will throw off your normal Rattle stats. Could you consider adding these as a magazine subscription option? Thanks.

Performance slow
FYI. About a year ago, I discovered Chill Subs, and as a publishing writer, I immediately loved it. However, since the database has grown from 2K to 3K, and perhaps integration with Write or Die, the latency on the filter form and page results is so slow that it has become almost prohibitive to use. Maybe it’s your hosting server, IDK, but I hate to see this happen to your excellent web site and such a critical service to writers. Hoping for the best moving forward. If it helps, I am running IOS 17, using Safari on an iPad 4 with plenty of RAM. And BTW, I am willing to assist in UI/Usability testing if need be. Thanks.

It would be great to have a poem previously submitted to another journal show up as a suggested text string after entering the first few letters of the title of the poem.

Bulk status update
When I go to update a submission to "rejected" I have to select "rejected" for each poem in the submission. IN between I get a pop-up (rejection bingo) that I have to clear AND re-search for the journal as the tracker clears the search criteria. Sooooo, would you either make feature for updating each poem in a submission with one check OR just allow me to proceed through a list without the pop-up and the clearing of the search criteria.

Another problem with filters
It's me again - sorry! There seems to be another bug in the filters - they don't seem to mesh with the premium services. For example, when I use the browse function and put in filters for the usual stuff (genre, word count, open, no fee, vibe, country etc) all is working, but as soon as I add try to filter by piece (premium), the country filter stops working. I've tried it with a couple of my pieces with the same result each time, so that would seem to be where the bug sits.

Also it's hard to tell if I'm selecting criteria or excluding everything else. National identity for magazines
I was wondering if it would be possible to add a national flag to each magazine's database entry. Often the things I write have a very English vibe that wouldn't translate well into other cultures (especially US!), but at the moment I have to leave the My Pieces section and go back to the general Browse listings where I can filter by country. It would be really useful to see at a glance where a magazine is based, even if they claim to be international.

Am I doing this right?
Using the editor portal, I followed the video example, "create a listing" with the relevant information, then "claim an existing listing" for that listing, but nothing's changed and I didn't receive a confirmation message. If I go back a second time to try and claim the listing for the magazine in question, I am prompted to create that listing again within the claim listing dialogue. Maybe I'm not passing the verification? I have my website and email duplicated there. My profile on the main site is https://www.chillsubs.com/user/bennylewis Thank you for any assistance.

Asiatic Journal -- misleading info on the database
From their website: "Asiatic is an open access journal and does not receive any sales proceeds. Hence, to meet expenses, it expects contributors to pay a fee of RM1000 per article. The question of fees arises only when an article is acceptable for publication. Therefore, it will be wrong to presume that an author can publish in Asiatic their subpar manuscript with money. Once a paper is accepted for publication, the editorial team of Asiatic will provide bank account details and other necessary information." However, the database says it pays accepted writers RM1000, which is quite misleading.

Can't create a submission plan
Now that I can enter longer work into My Pieces (thanks so much!) I find I am unable to add suggested magazines to the submissions plan. I get a message saying 'Oof! Something went wrong', and that magazine disappears from the list of suggestions. Also, every time I look at a magazine or click on submit than go back, all the filters have been cleared and I have to start again.

Client-side error
A while ago I reported an error message (Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information) for some of my pieces when trying to see recommendations for a submission plan. I think I've worked out where the bug sits, because it seems to correct itself when the sub-genre filter is cleared. Don't know if it's all sub-genres or just the ones I used, but thought this might help you to track it down.
