Asiatic Journal -- misleading info on the database

From their website:

"Asiatic is an open access journal and does not receive any sales proceeds. Hence, to meet expenses, it expects contributors to pay a fee of RM1000 per article.

The question of fees arises only when an article is acceptable for publication. Therefore, it will be wrong to presume that an author can publish in Asiatic their subpar manuscript with money.

Once a paper is accepted for publication, the editorial team of Asiatic will provide bank account details and other necessary information."

However, the database says it pays accepted writers RM1000, which is quite misleading.
