‍ Issues with profile

The most common issue: "I'm trying to log in, but the password is wrong and the password reset email is not arriving"

If you checked your spam folder and there's still no email, you most likely used a different method to sign up. Try pressing "Continue with Google" button and see if you can get in. In 90% of cases that's the reason:)

We're working on making our session length longer so you don't have to log in that often, and also want to find a way to connect multiple methods in one, so you could still be able to log in with email and password even if you signed up through Google. Until then, thanks for being patient with us😀

      Hey Chey! Oh my god I'm so sorry, no idea why the website didn't sync with Stripe, will have to check! Just fixed it manually for your account, so you should have access now

        Thanks, I had to fill out a jotform to claim access. I think I have to wait for this to be approved before the features will be available.
