Sticky Browse Form and Hard to Figure Out

I'm a new paid subscriber. I just spend an hour "browsing" and it takes the cursor forever to jump to a newly selected field. I selected a few basic criteria (at least to my mind) and it comes back, "I'm sorry, the literary world doesn't live up to...yet" but that can't be right. Also it's hard to tell if I'm selecting criteria or excluding everything else. All I wanted was "available in print, publishing writers with disabilities.." is that enough to keep anything from showing up? I'll have to try again. A tutorial for the tech-weary would be nice. Hey Allison! Thanks so much for the support and sorry you had a janky experience! Oof we need to reword our "Demographics". Basically what it means now in your case is that it ONLY accepts work from writers with disabilities (so more like Eligibility). Though some editors mark that category if they especially encourage work from these writers too, so it can appear in the results. We only have 52 of those, so further narrowing the search could produce really limited results. There are 14 available in print, so shouldn't be completely empty if it's just these criteria. Just in case, here they are:

We're also working on our browse performance till the end of the year so it works more smoothly. It's gotten a bit slow because we added so many magazines, so need to take some additional measures now!

And we actually do live tutorials every once in a while! I think we're going to organize one this Sunday. I'll email you the invite if we confirm this, but if you're not able to attend, Ben and I will discuss a regular schedule for these (most likely bi-weekly)
