Links to litmags, high-tier rejections

Two tracker ideas:

1) Make the Publisher name in the tracker list a link to that Publisher's page on Chill Subs.

2) Provide a way to indicate when a rejection is a "high-tier" rejection and allow the user to filter by that category. Perhaps could work to add it as a choice among the Status facets.
