Links to litmags, high-tier rejections

Feature Request

Two tracker ideas:

1) Make the Publisher name in the tracker list a link to that Publisher's page on Chill Subs.

2) Provide a way to indicate when a rejection is a "high-tier" rejection and allow the user to filter by that category. Perhaps could work to add it as a choice among the Status facets.

Thanks!

Hey Nathan! Ahh the link makes sense, I'll add it!:) As for a high-tier rejection, this will be a part of our tracker revamp which should be out sometime in October:)
