Manual add to submission history

Feature Request

It would be really nice to be able to add manual entries to a piece's submission history to take account of the story's journey before My Pieces was born, or when submitting to markets not thrown up by the Sub planner (e.g. competitions or other places that are not deemed a match by the algorithm).

Yep, already have it on our todo! Right now I'm fetching tracker submissions automatically (even the ones before Pieces creation), but would be great and more predictable to import it manually
