Manual additions to submission planner

I would love to be able to add other magazines to the submission planner that are not suggested by the algorithm. For example, I have a story I think would be a good fit for Fictive Dream, but I can't get it to show in the list of suitable markets. It would be great if I could add it to the list manually.
